Second-order topological semimetals (SOTSMs) are featured with hinge Fermi arcs. How to generate them in different systems has attracted much attention. We propose a scheme create exotic SOTSMs by periodic driving. Novel Dirac SOTSMs, widely tunable number of nodes and arcs, the adjacent having same chirality, coexisting nodal points loops, generated at ease When time-reversal symmetry is broken, our permits us realize hybrid-order Weyl surface Our possess rich hybrid 2D sliced zero- $\ensuremath{\pi}/T$-mode phases, which may be any combination normal insulator, Chern second-order insulator. Enriching family semimetals, supplies convenient way artificially synthesize phases
